Q: What will happen when I place an order?
A: You can browse our site and add items to your cart. Don't worry, it's easy to remove items if you change your mind later. When you're done shopping, click Check Out. This is where you will need to login or create an account. If this is your first time shopping online at educationalwarehouse.com, you'll need to create an account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is accepted. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday.

Q: I have a Reward Club Card, do I still need to register a new account?
A: If your billing information is the same as the information you used to sign up for the Reward Club, you'll just need a password for the online website. Click the appropriate button on the Login Page, and we'll immediately send you your password. Don't worry, you can change it to whatever you'd like as soon as you logon.

Q: Will I earn Reward Club Points if I order items online?
A: All online sales will earn points in the same manner as in store purchases, as long as you sign in with the same address you provided during Reward Club sign up.

Q: Can I sign up for the Reward Club Online?
A: Yes, new customers can sign up for a Reward Club Card during the registration process and start earning points right away!

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: We must charge sales tax to all orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. If you are a tax exempt customer, please Email us or call us at 800-316-5068 so we can setup a tax-exempt account for you.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking Order Status and logging in. This will take you to a page that will display your order history. On this page you can click on any order number to get more information about it.

Q: Can I pay with a Gift Card?
A: Yes, all gift cards will be valid payment types online. Just enter the Gift Card number and we'll apply it to your sale.

Q: Can I use my Reward Club Coupon Online?
A: Yes, your available Reward Club Coupons will be displayed in the checkout window. Select an available coupon and we'll apply it to your sale.

Q: My organization has an account. Can I charge merchandise to our account?
A: Yes, you just need to give us a call at 800-316-5068, and we'll get you setup to House Charge.

Q: I am sending this as a gift. Can I have the items in my purchase wrapped?
A: Sure, you just have to check the "Send this item as gift" box that is located below any item in your shopping cart, and we'll gladly ship your item all wrapped up in our standard gift wrap. Sorry, this service is not available for oversized items.

Q: How do I return items I've purchased.
